Company founder, Phil Van Drunen, has over 24 years of experience in the construction industry.  Phil got his start working as a labourer on large scale commercial renovations. Within 6 months, he started the BC Carpentry Apprenticeship program at BCIT and eventually moved his way up to site supervisor overseeing large scale commercial jobs and residential projects.

In 2004, Phil started his own company focusing primarily on residential renovations and additions. His philosophy has always been that if it can be fixed, updated or expanded, don't tear it down.  Not only is it a more cost effective and environmentally friendly option, but for him it's a more challenging and interesting one as well.
